Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of receiving your returned package.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
For health and hygiene, once you remove a product from its packaging and use it for any period we are not able to accept any returns as the products cannot be put back on the shelf for re-sale.

We use Australia Post and Aramex for Shipping. We always use the fastest service for your location.
Free shipping on orders over $100.
All other orders
$9.95 for standard delivery with same day dispatch if you order before 1pm. (2 - 5 days delivery time depending on your location from Southport QLD).
$24.95 EXPRESS Post shipping with same day dispatch if you order before 1pm. (1 - 3 days delivery time)
You can choose your shipping option at checkout. All orders are posted fully insured and a signature is required on delivery.
New Zealand Shipping
We now ship to New Zealand through Australia Post. For this service there is a $25 flat rate for (delivered in 5-7 days
When will my item(s) be posted
Orders are usually shipped on the same day if placed by 1pm. Our warehouse and showroom is located in Southport QLD and all orders are dispatched from this centre.
Who we ship with

Regular Post:
Please allow 3-7 working days, although most deliveries are made within 2-5 days depending on your location from our Southport QLD warehouse.
Express Post:
Please allow 1-3 days delivery time for Express post.
