Free standard shipping is available for Australian orders with a product total of $100 or more.

A flat $10 standard-shipping charge applies to Australian orders under $100.

Dispatch and Delivery

When Will My Order Be Sent?

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched on the same business day from our Southport, Queensland warehouse.

Standard Delivery

Please allow approximately 3–7 business days. Many deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.

Express Delivery

Express Post delivery usually takes approximately 1–3 business days, depending on the destination and carrier network.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, carrier delays, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

How We Send Your Order

Australia Post and Aramex We use Australia Post and Aramex and select the most suitable service for the destination.

Tracking Tracking information is provided after the order has been dispatched.

Insurance and Signature Orders are shipped with insurance, and a signature may be required on delivery.

Local Collection

Southport Pickup

Customer pickup and product viewing are available from Southport, Queensland during our opening hours of 10am to 4pm.

International Delivery

New Zealand Shipping

We ship to New Zealand through Australia Post for a flat rate of $25. Estimated delivery is approximately 5–7 business days.

Returns Policy

Returning an Item

Most new, unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending any product back so we can provide return instructions.

Change-of-Mind Returns

The product must be new, unused, unopened and in its original saleable packaging. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request return instructions.

Health and Hygiene

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return after a product has been removed from its packaging and used.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are generally processed within one week after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, is incorrect or appears to be faulty. Include your order number and details of the issue. We will provide instructions and pay reasonable return-shipping costs where the return results from our error or an applicable product fault.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
