In these terms, “Au Remedial”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Au Remedial Pty Ltd. We are an Australian-owned business operating from Southport, Queensland.

These terms apply to retail purchases made through this website. Separate written terms may apply to wholesale, marketplace, workplace or specially negotiated orders.

Prices, GST and Stock

Unless stated otherwise, prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated or displayed during checkout.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice before an order is accepted. We take reasonable steps to keep stock information current but cannot guarantee that every displayed product will remain available.

If a product is unavailable or a material pricing error is identified after you order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative where available or cancel the affected item and provide a refund.

Placing and Accepting an Order

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

We accept an order when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. Before acceptance, we may reject or cancel an order because of product unavailability, a pricing or description error, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or another reasonable operational issue.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

Payment Authorisation

You must provide valid payment information and have authority to use the selected payment method. Your order may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be authorised or completed.

Dispatch, Tracking and Delivery

Shipping costs, dispatch targets, carriers and delivery estimates are set out on our Shipping and Returns page. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional reasonable delivery costs may apply where a parcel must be resent because the supplied address was incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible, except where the issue was caused by us.

Ownership of the products passes to you after full payment. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the products are delivered to you or a person authorised to receive them.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy if a product does not meet a consumer guarantee.

Any change-of-mind return offered by Au Remedial is additional to your legal rights and is subject to the conditions described on our Shipping and Returns page.

A time limit stated for change-of-mind returns does not limit any rights you may have in relation to a faulty, unsafe, damaged or incorrectly described product.

Promotional Conditions

Promotions, sale prices and discount codes may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, dates, product exclusions, minimum order values or usage limits stated with the offer.

Unless expressly stated, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively or combined with another code. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Website Content and Trade Marks

Website text, graphics, photographs, videos, branding, page layouts and other content are owned by Au Remedial or used with permission. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use, but you must not reproduce, republish, sell, modify or commercially exploit it without permission or another lawful basis.
