The DR-HO’S Neck Comforter is a doctor-developed inflatable neck traction support designed to soothe, support and gently stretch the muscles in the neck and shoulder area.

In 2005, my diagnosis for sever headaches were my 5 & 6 veribrate were ruptured In an accident in 1992. I am not particularly fond of surgery, and my neurologist stated he could operate on my neck. This was very surprising and decide this is not an option for me. In the past I have tried my different creams and pills to help with the pain, but nothing like neck comforter. I remember the neurologist placing both of his hands around my neck and lifted up, the pain disappeared. I just believed there were other options. Up early in the mornings feeling pain on the neck aea. I saw Dr Ho's commercial, tried his products and now I have gotten the most natural remedy to my pain. The neck comfort, the belt and tens unit have made me a believer.

Great for 2 very important uses: 1. Traveling. Because of its design, it pushes the head up on the neck column, not forward the way other inflatables do. Like other inflatables, it shrinks down to an easily-carried size when not in use. Having the ability to release just some of the pressure easily is handy when you hit altitude and the thinner air makes it necessary to release the now-expanded air to remain comfortable. 2. Sore neck. It can be pumped high enough to traction a stiff neck; alternately pumping it up and releasing the air creates a massage effect. My only concern is that this is the second one I have had to buy, because the first one developed a leak after a couple of years. I am hoping this one will last longer.

when I inflate to the neck comforter the required level, I expect that this level will be held for several minutes. But after 2-3 minutes the air starts to come out from the neck comforter. How can I fix it?

Just got this, I WFH as many people do now and I feel like I am sitting more and more and tension in my neck seemed to get worse. I also had a car accident many moons ago and they used traction on my neck it helped then and I use this to help my posture and to stretch my neck...(my husband says I am getting taller ;) jokes ) so do I recommend, yes because I am correcting back posture behaviour and getting pain relief at the same time :) Thank you DC

I don't have chronic neck pain but it gets sore regularly depending on my activity. I have put this on each time I feel any pain since buying it and it has instantly gotten rid of any pain that I have had. Easy to use and doesn't involve plug-in to TENS or wall outlet. I wear it for about 15 minutes and following removal of the Neck Comforter I can immediately notice my neck is relaxed and aligned with pressure released. I like it!

I have been using the Neck Comforter for 2 weeks. I am hopeful that it will help the chronic pain and nerve deadening from disc degeneration that I have been experiencing for years. Not sure if it's having any effect yet, but I was advised that it would take 6 weeks for any results to be really noticeable. So far I have used it every day for 20 minutes. It also took me about one week to get the setting correct for me. The velcro straps across my neck are somewhat uncomfortable when the pillows are inflated, and I keep having to adjust them. I'm sure I'll figure out the best way for it to work for me. Come and ask me again in one month's time.

I was a little nervous about this Neck Comforter at first but once I tried it found it very easy to use. Working at a desk all day, I find using this in the evening takes the tension out of my shoulders as well as makes my neck feel less stiff and compacted. I feel a difference in my general pain level and my range of motion with my neck when I use this product regularly. When I'm having a "bad neck day", this is the first thing I reach for in order to lessen the pain. Sometimes taking the time to wear it and then gently stretching and massaging my neck will actually stop the pain from progressing further that day. I'm very glad to have discovered it, and I wouldn't like to go without having it. My only issue is that I find I have to replace it every once in a while. The product develops air leaks over time. So I have owned three in the past four years. But for the price point, it isn't bad, and I will continue to purchase it as long as it's available.
