Apply the electrode pad to the desired body area and ensure it is firmly pressed against clean, dry skin.
2. Turn On
Press and hold the ON/+ button briefly to activate the device.
3. Adjust Intensity
Press ON/+ to increase intensity and OFF/– to reduce it. Use only a comfortable stimulation level.

Electrode Pad Care
Skin contact: Ensure the pad is pressed firmly against clean, dry skin before switching the device on.
Adhesion: If the electrode pad loses stickiness, refresh it by lightly dampening the pad with water.
Replacement: Replace the electrode pad when it no longer adheres properly.

Do not place the pad on the head, face, throat, front of the neck, chest, across the heart, directly over the spine, over broken or irritated skin, wounds, rashes, tumours, areas of reduced sensation or areas with poor circulation.
Seek medical advice before use if you have epilepsy, heart disease, cancer, diabetes, nerve damage, unexplained pain, recent surgery, serious injury, circulation issues or any condition that may make electrical stimulation unsuitable.
