The DR-HO’S Pain Therapy System is a portable electrotherapy device that combines TENS, EMS, NMES and pulse massage stimulation. It is designed to provide temporary relief of sore or aching muscles, muscle tension and stiff joints through gentle nerve and muscle stimulation.

The system uses four electrode pads for body treatment, plus a foot therapy pad for tired or aching feet. The two separate output ports allow you to treat two different areas at the same time, or allow two people to use the device simultaneously with separate intensity control.

This is a practical option for customers who want a drug-free, portable TENS-style therapy system for home use, travel, work or general muscle recovery routines.

Pad Care & Use Guidance

Pad placement: Use pads on clean, dry skin and make sure the pads are connected securely before starting the device.

Pad life: Self-adhesive gel pads are reusable and should be replaced when they no longer stick properly or conductivity reduces.

Comfort: Stimulation should feel comfortable and controlled. Reduce intensity or stop use if it feels painful.

Rehab hospital could'nt stop my moms back spasms! They doped her up with Morphine, until I heard about Dr Ho Massage therapy. No word of a lie, after the first 3 hours of non stop Massaging, my Mother never had another back spasm. It took me 6 weeks to get her off morphine! God bless Dr. Ho! It works on any muscle within the first 20 mins!!!! It's amazing, it truly works! Best $200.00 I spent in my life! I take it with me on holidays too. It seems to help with the pain in my upper back but doesn't do much for my knee pain. It will be an ongoing therapy tool. I do find it difficult to apply the pads on my back by myself.

I've seen the ad on TV but was quite doubtful and was reluctant to buy it. Recently, through a points exchange program at my local pharmacy, I exchanged my points for Pain Therapy System, after the first 40 minutes used, I regretted not having acquired the product sooner. I suffered chronic neck and shoulder pain and tension, since using Dr. Ho's Pain Therapy System (on day 3 today) the tension has subsided significantly. I love it and have recommended to my friends and family.

I phoned and complained I even sent emails with pictures after speaking to one of your representatives. I never got an answer back. It's all about power and resistance. You can only use the 2 foot pads alone, ie not with any other pads. I think the same is true with the large rectangular pads. You can use 2 of them, or 4 small pads, but not 2 large and 2 small. If you use 2 large and 2 small together, there is no stimulation coming from the 2 small pads. The TENS device does not have enough power for all 4 of those. The instructions should be re-written to reflect this fact.

I have collapsed and ruptured discs in lower back and neck I have used every Drug Store and Walmart device on the market (iRelieve etc) Dr Ho's delivers the best range of AMPS and simple patterns EM pulsing ....it works ....while you hope for better from all the rest

This is a pretty decent little system It does better with soft tissue issues than joint pain. It helps joint pain but the effect is more temporary than with joint pain.

The product is really good for me. I go to morning walk everyday and I still have the knees pain on my right foot. I bought this product and already tried everyday, it seems better right now. I trust that if I continue to do that, I will not have such pain on my knee. The only thing I was disappointed, I don't have the beautiful circle in my product ( the big white one). That's my fault to order the wrong one. I already introduced this product to my friend that he had the foot pain for over years. I asked him to come to try it.

Back in 2012 I fell while bowling. I broke my right shoulder and torn my rotator cuff on the left shoulder. I also hurt both knees. I had surgery to repair my shoulder and have used the unit on both shoulders, back and knees. I have continued bowling and traveling for bowling and this unit is easy to put in my bag and use at night with my heating pad. I have been sidelined for about a month from bowling with a torn meniscus in my knee. I just had surgery on March 1st. This has helped with my recuperation since I had to pretty much stay sidelined and you know sitting around too long makes you stiff. I am very happy with this product and am happy to share my story. I am on the road to recovery with my knee and looking forward to returning to bowling soon. Thanks for letting me share.

I have used the belt/back brace, the foot massage pads and the 4-small pad system. I have found all pieces in this package to be of surprisingly high quality materials, and of sturdy construction. The system is very easy to use and to change from one therapy system to another. The instructions are well written and easy to follow, the diagrams and charts are very clear for first time use and for future reference. The main thing of course, is that it works. Other massage units I have used are noisy, bulky and sometimes difficult to keep in place. The Dr. Ho unit is silent, it's tiny and stays put until you decide to move it. I suffer from aching shoulders and neck and i actually felt relief the first time i used the TENS. The back support just seemed to know where to put pressure - it was amazingly comfortable and effective. I would recommend this product to anyone suffering from aches, pains or just plain stiffness. It's my new buddy, i take it everywhere.

I've owned a few different TENS devices over the years. They help, but don't even compare in the slightest to Dr. Ho! Those other devices, I can crank them up to level 8-10 and it's like level 1 on Dr Ho's. Seriously, the highest I can go is about 2.5 or so. And the settings provide more variation and intensity than anything else I've tried. Closest I've seen to this is the professional types used by chiropractors and other physiotherapists. I can't say enough great things about my purchase. Thanks Dr. Ho! It's the real deal.

Quality of pads are not as good as they use to be. Have pinched nerve and Dr. HO has given me much relief over the years. Just wish pads were like original ones I had 3 years ago. Thicker & lasted much longer. New ones thin & slid apart. Big issue for me.

I have fibromyalgia(diagnosed since in my 20's/now 51)that causes me to have extremely severe pain/circulation issues throughout my entire body. It's too new for me to be able to comment on it. However, it would be nice if it also had larger and smaller pads (i.e. 1.5"" x 6""). My need is so great - from one hip, across the sacrum to the other hip inclusive - that I am using it almost all day by moving it around. Only time will tell.

I use this machine 2 to 3 times a day. I was off work for a couple of months with tendinitis of the elbow and bicep. That product is a money saver. In order for me to function in my daily routine, I have to go to the acupunctor or maybe take a message every week-end. I decided to purchase this product because my shoulder pain has been unbearable lately leaving me sleepless at night. In addition to that, my husband is in constant pain due to the nature of his work. We are both busy working even during the COVID19 peak of pandemic. Our jobs are in the essential service- I am a licensed practical nurse and he's a warehouse operator to a cold storage for frozen foods. There was nothing we can do we can't see a massage therapist at that time. Long before I have a strong desire to purchase Dr. Ho's pain therapy system. I thought it was the right time to have one. The experience using it was very satisfactory. I have gained back my sleep which is the most crucial part of my rest. My husband has less leg cramps and sleeps better at night. The only thing that this product has to improve on is the dial to regulate the intensity. I accidentally touch it and it went up straight to the last number! I panicked and disconnected the cord right away. It was awful and frightening. The highest intensity terrified me so much! And that was the first day of my treatment. So every time I used it I put it away. I just wish their was a lock or some security features to avoid accidental dialling. And I hope it would be digital so I can stick to the number if I have to continue it further, and monitor for any progress. My husband always ask me what level it was and I told him I can't say because it was between 1 and 2 sometimes he claims it's stronger. I don't know.

Received product two days ago and my husband has used it 2 sessions both days. Has suffered from an aching neck/back pain that progressed to his shoulder for over 2 months. Says relieves ache and keeps away for a time. Hopefully with continued use will relieve. We had one twenty or so more years ago. He had used for various back aches over the years but not last seven or so. We found the old HO and new batteries lit the machine but the pads/wires did not work, hence the new one. Any relief of continuous nagging ache is a plus, so thank you.

I use my pain therapy system after a long day's work or after intense training sessions....my trouble areas are typically my calves, hamstrings and lower back. The deep massage seems to get the stiffness and soreness out of the muscles pretty effectively

I have pain in my right shoulder that eminates to the left. It feels like a big knot, seriously bad, it makes me almost cry. I have visited my chiropractor on several occasions with little relief. So on her sy so I purchased Dr. Ho's tens machine. It gave me a little relief but then it got worse. I don't know if it helps or not, I quit using it. This product is one I was really looking forward to receiving for myself as I used to borrow my friends quite frequently. It works great so far However I am quite disappointment in the quality of the pads. After one use they are hardly sticking always coming off even though I had wet them etc. This does not allow for the stimulation to be good and I'm constantly pressing them back down.

Haven't tried all the features yet (foot pads). I have spinal stenosis and it has caused problems to the point that walking is difficult. It's amazing how much better this makes me feel. It has greatly improved my functionality. It's not just the pain that has improved.

Easy to use and the perfect tool in my tool box for treating injuries. I had several surgical repair procedures done over the years; both knees, both shoulder neck and low back. It's good however it doesn't work when I plug in two pairs of pads at once so I was bummed that I can't use this feature. My device also emits a very high frequency sound when I use it which is quite annoying. I still like using it though.

When I opened the box the instructions and packaging were simple to follow. I appreciated the reusable ziplock bags, and the cases. The box itself has great structure and so I continue to use that box for the items inside. I use it regularly and I believe it has been helpful in managing my pain.

This product is literally amazing, it has pretty much saved my life. I'm dealing with an ulcer in my colon, so if I sit for medium to long periodes of time I deal with extreme pain in my mid section and also my upper legs from my muscles cramping. Sometimes sitting for short periodes of time as well. With your product, it massages my muscles so they literally NEVER cramp up. It also helps with blood circulation throughout my body, my muscles stopped cramping up which allows my blood to flow properly.

My husband has a herniated disk and the use of the system on his back and down his leg helped to relieve the pain and increase mobility. Partly this is attributable to time, but it was worth trying. I also use to relieve pressure in my shoulders and it helps relax the muscles.

Years ago, I had sciatica for a year and a half, I regularly went to physio and eventually it got better. At Christmas this year, I had a bad bout with shooting pain that takes your breath away. A neighbour lent me her Dr. Ho and it disappeared after about three treatments. I immediately ordered my own Dr. Ho, it came very quick and the customer service was amazing! I am now using on my ankle working on some old scar tissue that is acting up from poorly fitting ski boots. It seems to be working and sure feels good! Thankful!

I have only had the Dr. Ho system for 3 1/2 weeks so I do not feel it is fair to expect immediate results. My problems started with foot pain leading to muscle cramps in my legs to back sciatic nerve pain. I also have osteoarthritis in my hip. Orthotics helped with my feet. The electrode pads did help relax my leg muscles. They are no longer much of a problem. I use the back belt for 30 or so minutes a day. I do feel a bit better and it does help me get through the day and night. I intend to keep using the Dr. Ho system, plus exercise plus heat plus whatever I can throw at this to get improvement. It is sort of the Trump method. Throw everything at it and see what sticks. I do like the battery operated system. It is so portable and easy to use. I have planned a trip in late August intending to just put the system and some extra batteries in my suitcase. One can answer the phone or change chairs easily.

It’s it not up to me to recommend this product. I have on going pain and still working through the success of using the system. So far I find the TENS ver intense ( too intense maybe) Maybe it’s a good thing I’m not sure. The debate is ongoing.

This is the best for non-medical relief of pain. I have scoliosis and this helps me with my back pain and leg pain. I have been using it for more than 5 years!
