The DR-HO Triple Action Back Belt with Pain Therapy System is designed to combine physical lower back support with built-in electrotherapy. It uses dual-core compression bands, an inflatable lumbar cushion and integrated electrodes to support the lower back while delivering pulse therapy through the included DR-HO’S Pain Therapy System.

The belt can be adjusted around the waist for support and compression. The hand pump inflates the lumbar cushion, helping support the natural curve of the lower back. The built-in electrodes allow the included Pain Therapy System to deliver TENS, EMS, NMES and Auto-Modulating Pulse-style stimulation to the back area.

How to Use

Wrap, Inflate & Start Low

Start with gentle compression, light inflation and low electrotherapy intensity.

1. Wrap the Belt

Position the belt around the lower back and waist, then fasten the support bands securely.

Use the hand pump to inflate gradually until the lower back feels supported but not over-pressured.

3. Connect Therapy

Connect the controller, choose a mode, then slowly increase intensity until comfortable.

Therapy intensity: Always start at the lowest intensity and increase gradually. Stimulation should feel comfortable and controlled, never painful.

even I fully spray gel or water over the entire surface of Smart Electrodes pad, I have a very uncomfortable stinging sensation from the bottom left pad. Intensity of between Level 2 and 3 already so painful that I have to stop. No problem on the right side pad. Another thing is the design of the part to hold the device is very bad, not secure enough that it is so easy to fell down on the ground after clip onto the belt. If there is no uncomfortable stinging sensation, and I can adjust to level 3 or 4, I strongly agree this is a good product.

I was skeptical about this at first but I decided to give this a try as I have purchased other products from Dr. Ho and found that product to have worked wonders. I then purchased 2 of the Triple action back belt and was shocked at the moment I tried it that I had to purchase one for myself and my mother. More instructions and photos on how to adjust the 2 waist belts are needed. Not clear from worded instructions. On another item, the re-heatable gel pack should have a warning not to use it without a towel or cover next to the body. I got blisters from putting the hot pack directly on my shoulders.

The items are well packaged. The instructions are easy to follow. I have used all three products and enjoy using them all. Once you know what setting you need you just hook up the item you want to use and sit back and relax. My sciatica is so much improved I have no pain at all. The unit works as intended but be prepared to buy lots of batteries. I usually have to replace the batteries every three days or so depending on how much I use it. I would think that in this day of lithium ion batteries that are rechargeable they would have addressed this issue. Also would be nice to have a digital display instead of a wheel to turn.

I have had this and used it daily for a week now and I believe it is helping. There should be some sort of cover over the intensity dial on the sidepack, as it can easily be turned accidentally when sitting or getting up. Otherwise I am very happy with it.

This belt is more convenient than the traditional pads which I've been using for well over 10 years. Nice to just strap it around your waste and turn it on. Also noticed it's much more comfortable when you use the conductive gel that it came with. No stinging sensation at all, just good strong pulses!

I really like the action and different mode of impulses. Could be more sturdy and slim. The inflatable cushion is nice but it takes lots of space without really pushing in. The velcros are weak and it is not possible to really put it thight and use it to work with. Good if you stay in a static position.

needed the back belt for back muscular pain, it solved the problem for a short time. I have had better results using an ice pack for 20 minutes then switching to a heating pad set to medium for another 20 minutes. Time will tell.

Received my shipment in a damaged box and partially opened top and bottom. Items scattered inside of box and I don't know what was shipped and what I was supposed to receive. Very Unsatisfied and with my shipment. I don't recommend this product because I don't know what I was supposed to receive.
