2. Turn the device on.
3. Start at a low intensity and increase gradually to a comfortable stimulation level.
Back Stretcher
1. Place the stretcher on a firm, flat surface.
2. Beginners should start with the lowest arch setting.
3. Lie back slowly with knees bent and increase the stretch only when comfortable.
